The company possesses a full range of equipment for cylinder processing and testing, including deep hole drilling and boring machines, vertical honing machines, universal external cylindrical grinders, automatic cleaning machines, automatic welding machines, CNC lathes, cylinder lathes, machining centers, paint production lines, hydraulic test benches, ultrasonic flaw detectors, and hardness testers. It also has an independent laboratory.
The company has more than 20 hydraulic cylinder development and design personnel. It uses advanced CAXA computer-aided design methods and ERP computer production management systems. The entire cycle of new products, from order placement to drawing completion to product delivery, can be controlled within 20 days.
