Working principle: 1. End cap oil inlet type: The oil cylinder's two end caps are connected to pipelines, one of which communicates with oil, and the piston and piston rod run in one direction; the structure is compact and suitable for small oil cylinders. 2. Piston rod oil inlet type: The piston rod is hollow and is connected to the oil, and there is an oil passage at the connection between the piston and piston rod. After oil is passed through, the piston and piston rod run in the other direction; suitable for large oil cylinders. 3. Cylinder body direct inlet type: Large-tonnage single-acting oil cylinders, one end has no end cap (the end cap and cylinder body are welded together), directly supplying oil to the cavity, working in one direction, and the other end using the end cap oil inlet for return or energy storage elements such as springs.
Working principle:
1. End cap oil-in type: The two end caps of the oil cylinder are connected to pipelines, one end of which is connected to the oil, and the piston and piston rod run in one direction; the structure is compact and suitable for small oil cylinders.
2. Piston rod internal oil type: The piston rod is hollow and internally oiled. There are oil holes at the connection between the piston and the piston rod. After the oil is passed through, the piston and piston rod run in the other direction; suitable for large oil cylinders.
3. Cylinder body direct-in type: Large-tonnage single-acting oil cylinder, one end has no end cap (the end cap is welded to the cylinder body), oil is directly supplied to the cavity, working in one direction, and the other end is returned by the end cap oil return or spring and other energy storage elements.
These are the main types.
